As SHILLA BAGS continues to grow, its commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental management is also expanding. Consequently, Shilla Bags is dedicated to making a positive impact on society.

MANAGEMENT

Business Revitalization oversees the entire process, from new drug research and development to production and marketing.

ENVIRONMENT

Environmental responsibility – resource efficiency, recycling, waste disposal, carbon emissions.

EMPOYEES

Efforts to develop human resources and create a workplace where employees can concentrate on their work.

SOCIETY

Fair working hours, employee welfare, respect for diversity, restrictions on the employment of child labor, and the safety and health of workers.

SERVICE AND ROLE

A core part of our mission is to enhance and promote a Sustainable Compliance Plan (SCP). The SCP has been proposed and developed in collaboration with the top management, trade union, HR/ESH, and is based on: brand and legal requirements, feedback on components of C-KPI, risk assessment, and factory status. It has been reviewed and revised at least twice a year (April & July) to evaluate its effective implementation.
