Mô tả công việc
- Study the quality update from Buyers, guide and train QA and ensure that QA have good understanding.
- Responsible monitoring the work of each QA, lead and solve problems related to quality products.
- Conduct daily meeting with QA team to review happened on production.
- Discuss with factory manager, technician and find the solution to improve defect.
- Checking QC report to make sure correct data.
- Contact with buyer inspector to arrange final inspection before shipment.
- Investigate the quality issue and make corrective action plan to improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in garment quality management
- Understanding garment industry standards, prioritizing backpacks and handbags
- Know how to use computers and communicate well in English
