Techpack Analysis

  • MDs and pattern makers initiate the analysis of the Techpack. This process marks the first step in transforming design concepts into tangible prototype products. The contents of the Techpack are analyzed through detailed and comprehensive discussions.

Sample bag production

  • Skilled pattern makers meticulously develop patterns that serve as blueprints for bag production. Once the pattern is complete, sample makers cut and sew the fabric to create a sample bag.

Sample inspection & Self evaluation

  • The MD and sample makers review the completed bag to ensure it meets the buyer’s expections. During this process, they also verify that the overall shape of the bag and TECKPACK’s specifications and design dimensions.

Feedback

  • This is the step for sending the completed bag. Feedback is gathered from buyers and incorporated into our patterns and construction techniques to enhance the quality of the final product.

Resampling

  • Once customer comments and feedback are reviewed, additional sampling is conducted until the product is finalized and prepared for mass production.
