A core part of our mission is to enhance and promote a Sustainable Compliance Plan (SCP). The SCP has been proposed and developed in partnership with the top management, trade union, HR/ESH, and is based on: brand and law requirements, comments on components of C-KPI, risk assessment, and factory status. It has been reviewed and revised at least twice a year (April & July) to assess its proper implementation.
